Hey again guys!
I told you I’d be back soon. So it’s been a busy few days since I last blogged. I have been writing two essays for my classes; English Composition and Perspectives of Humanities. I honestly hate writing about things that I’m not interested in such as academic essays but I’m trying my best to get in my grove. I only have three weeks, including this week, left in this term. I get a week off until my next semester starts, there’s two terms in a semester. I can’t believe that I’m already finished with my first semester! Only seven more to go until I’m finished.
My academic advisor spoke with me last week about picking my free electives which I think that I have three or four after I minored in psychology. I’m honestly thinking about double majoring to go ahead and getting my degree in both graphic design and psychology. I know what you’re thinking, that’s a lot of work. I do know that it’s a lot of work but it would pay off in the long run. I wouldn’t have to go back to school once these four years are done. I’d be finished. I do know that I want to get my degree in psychology so I can be a counselor of some type. Kelly is going to school to get her degree in psychology so I could work with her which would be awesome!! I’m gonna ask my academic advisor about it the next time he calls, I’m sure that I still have time to decide.
I have had contractors coming out to my home to get quotes on how much it’s going to cost to rebuild my back porch and replace our door. It’s been a whirlwind weekend and I’m hoping that I can get things to settle down and get some stuff done. I’m trying to get my house in order so I can have a house warming party even though I’ve been in my home almost two months. I’m so excited to have everything together so that I can throw parties at my house! It’s going to be damn nice.
I’m working on a post about my trust fund program and I am hopefully going to be posting it as soon as my term ends. Until next time guys!!
